The six of us had to move (together) during the 2020-2022 housing crisis (400 new applications per available rental per day).
After that, I am wholly fine with some empty housing around here. Being razor-close to homelessness (w/ money in the bank) sucked beyond measure. We beat long odds to find housing; a lot of people didn't.
