I’m yet to see such evidence of this.
Excellent at initially acquiring new customers. Transition was seamless and had serious promotional discounts.
However, when it comes to existing customer service, “inept” is an understatement.
I also wonder how many people use Comcast for the same reason I do: there just isn't any realistic alternative.
