Hi HN, I’ve been building PerfectPrice, a simple tool that tracks competitor pricing and helps online sellers stay competitive without doing everything manually.
What it does:
Monitors competitor price changes
Sends alerts when prices drop or promos launch
Shows recommended pricing based on market changes
Optional auto-adjust rules (never go below margin, limit daily changes, etc.)
Meant for e-commerce sellers, small shops, and digital products where pricing moves fast.
Would love feedback on:
What guardrails you’d need before allowing auto-pricing
Whether the UI/data is clear enough
Anything missing that would make this genuinely useful
