thinkur is a free dictation & meeting recording tool for macOS. it runs locally on your mac
what it does:
- dictate into any app; works anywhere there is a cursor
- record meetings with speaker labels and searchable transcripts
- connect to claude/chatgpt via MCP
- removes filler words, formats numbers, adapts writing style per app
- really beautiful native UI with insights and stats
